Additional Description of Home and Its Amenities: Sugar Shack is a beautifully updated 3 story home just steps across the street from the private beach access boardwalk. There is a spacious living and dining area and updated kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you will need. The floors have recently been updated. It sits on a corner lot with plenty of privacy and no neighbors to the West. It's a short walk to the community pool.

Sleeping: Queen on first floor. Full adjacent bath. 
               Master King on second floor with desk, walk in closet, large vanity, free standing tub
               and separate large walk-in shower. 
               King bedroom on second floor with balcony and adjacent full bath. 
               Bunk room on second floor, shares adjacent full bath. Twin over full bunk with twin trundle.
               Sleeps up to 4 children.
               Third floor family room has queen sleeper sofa, full bath, wrap around balcony with ocean
               and lake views.

 2021:  Weekly Rates  By Season: 

SPRING: March  - May : $5000/wk, min 4 night stay pro- rated 

SUMMER: Late May (Memorial Day) –  August- $6000/wk ( weekly only)

FALL/WINTER: September - February $4000/wk , min 4 night stay pro-rated
